I occasionally still dabble in dog training activities. Right now I am working on a text book that will be used in several prisons as a training tool to help prisoners gain knowledge and experience in different jobs relating to dogs - groomer, trainer, kennel worker, etc. Hopefully this will translate into possible job opportunities upon their release.
This quarter my sorority's magazine published a story about me. Every Alpha Xi Delta sister (past and present) receives a copy of this magazine. I am pretty proud of it. Of course the article I wrote wasn't long enough to fill the whole page, so the magazine's editor interviewed me to add to it. Instead of re-writing the article, she just took the new information and added it to the article I wrote and then put my name in the byline. So I didn't actually write this. But I guess most of the words are mine, so that is close enough?
